Newly released/updated for the Caanoo
PyBoom is a little PrBoom launcher deeloped for CAANOO.Is an alternative to PickleLauncher that gives the possibility to select more than a single WAD file.With it it is possible to run mods against a "base" WAD file.The proper way to run PrBoom in order to play with a mod is the following rboom -iwad $base -file $modwhere $base is the principal WAD location (i.e. freedoom.wad) and $mod is the mod WAD location (i.e. sdm.wad).PyBoom is just a graphical way for calling the above command.It is developd in by using pygame and albow, and it needs the python runtime for caanoo packaged by Sepulep."python" directory is supposed to be paced at the root directory of your SD card.In order to have windows that fits in the caanoo little screen I had to modify a file from albow library.This distribution contains also this file.In order to install PyBoom you just need to copy the files in the "game" and "python" directories by following their paths.i.e., assuming that you are in the same folder of this README file:cp python/lib/python2.6/site-packages/albow/file_dialogs.py /media/sda1/python/lib/python2.6/site-packages/albow/file_dialogs.pycp -R game/prboom/* /media/sda1/game/prboomcp game/prboom.ini /media/sda1/game/prboom.iniThats all!Once the program is installed you can run it by opening PrBoom. Then you need to select your wads by taking advantageof the touchscreen. Other input interfaces (buttons, joystick) are not supported at the moment, however buttons are big enoughto be pressed with your finger.Please notice that this is a python script, so it takes a little time to run!

- Based on NesterDC 7.1

- Really good sound at 44100Mhz

- SRAM support
- Support for a LOT of mappers (~130)
- Added support for .zip files
Not tested:
- FDS support. The code is there, maybe it works!
- External devices (gun, keyboard, paddle)
- Tested on OpenDingux first end-user release, but maybe it works in older versions.
For the next release I'll add:
- GUI
- Fullscreen mode
- Optimizations (if possible)
Controls:
D-Pad, A, B, Select and Start - NES controller
Y - Save State
X - Load State
Hold - Pause nester (Hold again to resume)
L - Exit nester (on the next release this will open the GUI)
put nester.od wherever you want, add a link on GMenu2X and use the "selector browser" option

This is the consoles version for XBOX,WII,PSP,GP2X/GP32,DINGOO,WIZ To play on PC you i will recommend to download the PC version from my youtube page 5 playble characters + 1 secret character The game uses 4 buttons : Punch Kick Jump Block (Be sure to define the key buttons before you play!) You can combine Punch and Kick combos like: Punch,Punch,Punch,Kick Punch,Punch,Kick,Kick Punch,Kick,Kick Kick,Punch About the rest moves and how everything works,check the "moves_list.txt" or the "How to play" screen.

My final auction of today is a Boxed GP32 BLU that was working great, but for whatever reason when i turn it on now it has a red light and a blank screen, on investigation it looks like it needs to be jtagged. As that is way beyond my skill level it has also gone on Ebay for Sale.

Hiya and sorry again for the long overdue newspost.
As you probably know, I came back from the GamesCom last Sunday and haven't had a day off since sometimes before the GamesCom... and it seems I catched a light flu, so I'm a bit exhausted.
Nevertheless, things are moving and that's why I'm posting here 
1. 1GHz units
I should've gotten the remaining 1GHz units this week - however, some bad incidence happened.
One of the machine operators working at Global Components had to go to the hospital Tuesday evening, as he was spitting blood... seems like some stomach bleedings.
The hospital is currently analyzing what it caused. Thank god it doesn't seem to be something major, as he's home already to relax a bit (they didn't keep him at the hospital).
As it's holiday season, the other two are on holidays right now... one of them far away. The other one helped out for a few hours, but most of the time, the machine stood still.
It looks like they're going full steam ahead again from Monday on, so we should hopefully see these units next week and be able to sell them from stock soon after.
All the best wishes to the Operator. GC has a really awesome team and I personally hope it's nothing serious.
They'll be coming for sure, as all issues have been resolved and they can now produce the 1GHz Pandoras without any issues.
2. Classic Units
Askarus has been here for the full week and has been testing classic (CC) PCBs, sorting them out.
We're getting preassembled (silver) cases next week from GC and will then put the Pandoras in our shop.
A lot of them can be fixed and will be fully working, though some have minor issues like non-working WiFi or USB.
We'll probably sell the fully working ones (in brand new cases) for about 250 - 300 EUR, the ones with smaller issues for an even lower price (price will depend on what's broken).
I'll also put the Shirts online soon.
So I'll have different units to offer next week with different price ranges. Should be a good thing for everyone 
3. Repairs.
Askarus will also be here next week and work on the repairs I got here, so if you are waiting for your Pandora to be repaired, it should happen next week as well.

4. TV Out Cables
Link was nice enough to send me his cable and I gave it to GC.
They are now checking how much it would cost to produce this. They'll probably solder them manually (which is a fast thing with the TinyBob), as any other company has a minimum order quantity of at least 5000 - and they all have a leadtime of 14 weeks... soldering them manually here at GC will be faster and we won't have to take huge quantities.
As you can see, a lot of things are happening - the only downside right now is the slight delay with the 1GHz units, but it's no technical issue but a health issue. And health certainly is more important than a few days lost in PCB production.

PACKAGE
There are 2 binaries in the archive,
handy320-od.dge - for OpenDingux (Dingoo A320)

INSTALL
Copy either handy320.dge or handy320-od.dge to some dir on your sd-card or inner flash-memory.
Find real lynxboot.img somewhere in the internet (Google is your friend) and put it in the same directory.
Don't forget to overclock to 420 MHz if you want more speed in heavy games like Batman Returns or Crystal Caves II.
COMPATIBILITY
Handy320 supports Dingoo a320, a380 and Ritmix rzx50. Three fullscreen modes could be used:
320x240, 400x240 and 480x272 They are detected automatically, you don't have to worry about them.
ROMS
Roms should be either *.lnx or *.zip. Yes, zipped roms are supported.
BUTTONS
DINGOO D-PAD - Atari Lynx D-PAD
DINGOO A - Atari Lynx A
DINGOO B - Atari Lynx B
DINGOO X - Atari Lynx OPT2
DINGOO Y - Atari Lynx OPT1
DINGOO START - Atari Lynx PAUSE
DINGOO SELECT - exit
DINGOO L - open GUI
DINGOO R - toggle image scalers (simple2x / fullscreen)
NOTE: on Dingoo A380 shifts and X/Y are swapped, it's a firmware bug.
