FastTracker 2 Clone by Olav Sorensen. FastTracker 2 is a music tracker originally created by Fredrik "Mr. H" Huss and Magnus "Vogue" Hogdahl, this clone is partly based on the original FT2 source code for DOS (coded in Pascal and Assembler), but is re-implemented using C and SDL2 for more portability on modern platform. The FT2 interface is largely inspired by the looks of Amiga's Protracker. The screen consists of a pattern editor in the lower half, while the upper half features an instrument selector on the right, and the general module settings and some oscilloscopes. The pattern editor can be changed to sample and instrument editors screens. The program also features a little Nibbles clone and in-software documentation for all the features. Fasttracker 2 supports a variety of file formats: Standard modules (15...31 instruments) (MOD,NST). Fasttracker v1.0 (2,4,6,8..32-channel formats) (MOD). ScreamTracker modules (STM,S3M). Gravis Ultrasound Patches, (PAT). SMP/SAM/RAW/SND data files, signed and unsigned. Windows WAV-files. Amiga IFF-files. (Interchange File Format) Apple AIFF-files. XM (Extended module) XI (Extended instrument) XP (Extended pattern) XT (Extended track). ------------------------------- Pandora port run with the help of GL4ES library of ptitSeb.

S.C.O.U.R.G.E. is a roguelike game with a 3D user interface. The game allows a group of four characters to search for treasure, kill enemies, gain levels, etc. The code is C++ using SDL, OpenGL and freetype. The game uses Squirrel for scripting.

So, uh, there's a bunch of penguins on an iceberg in Antarctica. You have been selected to catch them so they can be shipped to Finland, where they are essential to a secret plot for world domination. In order to trap the penguins, you'll need to break the iceberg into small chunks. (They're afraid of water, for no apparent reason. Ah well. "The Matrix" had more plot holes than this, and it still was a hit.) You do this by melting lines in the ice with Special High-Tech GNU Tools. If a penguin hits a line in progress, however, it vanishes with a loud noise, and you lose a life. (Yes, a life. This story is really breaking down, isn't it? But never fear -- I'll keep going until it's completely dead.) Once 80% or more of the iceberg is gone, the remaining chunks are small enough for shipping. Of course, if you manage to get rid of more than that, you'll save on postage, thus earning you exponential amounts of Geek Cred (a.k.a. "score"). After you ship off one batch of penguins, it's time to move on to the next. Each subsequent 'berg will have one more penguin, and you'll have one more life. This will continue until you lose, or until you exceed level one hundred or so, which Ain't Gonna Happen. Of course, this is an urgent mission, so you'll be penalized if you're slow -- every second or so, your score drops down by one. But don't worry, I'm not completely cruel, so any points you earn on one level are yours to keep forever, no matter how long you take on subsequent icebergs. As far as I can tell, this makes no narrative sense whatsoever, so at this point, I declare the backstory / game metaphor completely collapsed. Just go play.

Pax Britannica is a one-button real-time strategy game by No Fun Games. Up to four players battle it out underwater, struggling to be the last one standing! How to Play The A, F, H, and L keys control the four players, and the escape key quits. Gamepads are also supported, although not on OS X, sorry guys. Holding down the button spins the needle on the radial menu in the middle of the player's factory ship. The needle will only travel as far as the player's current resources allow. Resources (gold? seaweed? who knows!) accumulate over time. Releasing the button creates a ship that corresponds to the quadrant that the needle is pointing at. Ships you spawn fight automatically using the latest in artificial aquatelligence technology. The player who keeps their factory ship alive wins!
